- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content, questions, and branding you upload to yuform ("User Content").
- License to Us: By using the Service, you grant yuform a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your forms solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Respondent Data: You own the data collected from your form respondents. You are responsible for ensuring your data collection complies with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
4. Payments
- Pricing: yuform offers various paid tiers. Pricing is as described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Since yuform offers a generous Free tier to test the service, refunds for paid subscriptions are generally not provided except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The yuform name, logo, software, and original website content are the exclusive property of yuform and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
6. Termination
